When I was in Chechia was in a 15 or 16 storey block. It took nearly forever to get onw of the two evelators. An elder women told me in the socialist times as higher you lived as worse it was. She was lucky just to be on the 4th floor so her kids ran down the stairways instead of waiting. They always would came late to school.
