can you just get like your hearbeat sound back ;-;
i would just like if it remplace when you are in the ground and when oyu hear the little hearbeat when a survivor is down but not when you die beceuse i wanna still keep my sad deaht music addons on ;3;

Doesn't work on L4D1 campaigns, probably because the sounds are in different files.
If you could look into it, I'd be grateful! Love this mod!
