This finally allowed me to halve the maximum goods shops demand per cycle, which is something i was waiting to do for ages - thanks for getting me back into the game!

Here's a proper description:

After downloading this mod, a file will appear in %User%/AppData/LocalLow/DapperPenguinStudios/RiseOfIndustry named formula.json. You can open and edit this file with Notepad (or at least with Notepad+) and make changes to different formulas. Any changes you make and save will be applied to the game when you reload a game. You do not need to restart Rise of Industry.

It exports a json file containing the "formula" object of the game. Here you change the game balancing, like upkeep, dispatch costs etc. The mod detects when you make changes to the file and modifies the game object accordingly.
