There is a small advanced rotor mod Maybe you could rebuild using that mod. For a Advanced Folding Mining ship

@Reyesrod2000 It's because that the ship uses normal rotors instead of advanced rotors. You need advanced rotors in order to transfer ores, and I've used the normal one, because of it's smaller size. The only thing you can do, is transfer it manually.

Really like your design, but the ore collected in the drills don't transfer to the cargo container, any ideas?

Agreed, I love the design though! Shame about the projectors not liking complex constructions..
However i have added a hydrogen tank and if there was instruction how to complete the ship manually in survival it would still be really awesome!

Im new to this stuff but it's saying something about multiple grids on a projector.... Can this thing be build properly with a projector in survival?

I got inspired by your design too, I'd been trying to make a good drill vessel for a survival world, but wasn't yet to a point where flight was practical, so I ended up making a 6 wheeled truck with arms that fold back so it can go up ramps and is balanced better. I used four mods, one for a rotor that can transfer items through it, one for pistons that are a bit longer and wobble less, one for retractable landing gear, and one for rechargeable batteries, not to mention the dlc cockpit.

You inspired me so i went back to ym Creative World and designed something like your Mining Vessel with the ability to do the same but with a working Conveyor System to the Drill ;)

You should call it "excavator" instead, on account of its lack of ore collecting capability.

I see a lot of people are complaining about the lack of conveyoring, but this wouldn't work in survival regardless because of insufficent H2 production for the thrusters, so it's a moot point.

Hydrogen small grid miners are not very good in survival anyway, even when they do work.

IDK why you would have to specify that this used dlc. youd have to be pretty dumb to not see the part that tells you what dlcs it needs

N1CK3R, yes, i like how this ship looks. Technicly, it can be use to drilling tunnels without extracting ore. Or, you can add ejectors to the drills (they can contain some amought of ore anyway). I don't understand why Keen's dont add conveyor hinges or small conveyor rotors to the game.

@Lt.Starbound I initially built this just to test the possibilities with rotors on miners. I had no idea, that so many people would actually download this. But as I look at the comments, people are having a lot of issues this build so I'll probably do a re-work soon.

Not to rain on your parade, but I can see a few conveyoring issues from the screenshots, and without a hydrogen tank it's useless in survival.

Please rework ....
- Reactor 21 = Not connected
- No Ore Detector
- Miner Rotors not connected and also no advanced rotor.
- Ship too heavy for planets, Only on Space Use

Just a super ship! I like it

Nice design, but this definitely does NOT have enough lift to be used on planets!

@hansen You need to disable the "Share Inertia Tensor" for it to work in atmosphere. It will become more unstable though.
