The map has a huge problem with FPS drops. It seems the tires you added are clipping into each other and causing collision issues, making the game lag really hard. As soon as I took the removal tool and deleted most clipping tires my FPS went back to normal. You either have to change those tires to not collide with each other as much or remove them entirely.
