Hello! I am a mod enthusiast, and my friends and I want to repair this mod and design a new look for it. Such a good mod, if it can restore its functionality, it must be a very good thing. So, I really hope to get your consent, thank you very much.

If this mod has been abandoned, would you mind if someone else took it over? I appreciate the work you put into the mod, but if no one can play it then what is the use?

You can just recompile it if you want to get the source code

If the author does not plan to update, it would be a nice thing to release the source on GitHub or similar and grant permission for others to update it.

If you're not going to renew it, then remove it.

Just use dotPeek to get your sources back... Unless you've actually obfuscated it, but even then being the author shouldn't be too hard to reverse it. We need that blow dryer! :D

@MrTurtle As long as you can get the DLL out of the mod workshop item (and I am almost certain you can), C# is decompilable reasonably well, to the point where there would only be minor required changes in order to make it functional again. Look into dnSpy or ILSpy, which will also help your modding enormously (as it does for me in Subnautica, another unity game).

What do you mean you lost the source code? You cant just subscribe to your own mod to get it back?

I am sad to see this mod go, I do hope one day that you are able to come back to it.

Unfortunately I lost the source code for the mod a few months ago due to a hard drive failure.
I haven't played ONI in awhile and as of right now I'm not going to redo it, sorry.

The Mod Manager has been know to cause issues with mods, I suggest using Stephen's "Mod updater" and Cairath's "Enable all mods button". Let me know if that fixes the issue.

Hi, i got the same problem as Arigitine and i have the Mod Manager enabled.

Do you have Mod Manager enabled?

I cant open the setting screen soon as click setting it just opens blank screen and when I close it disables all my mods

Thanks. It stopped doing it for a while, but started again, then went away for good so far. I'm hoping it stays that way. I thought it might be something else, but it always happened right after using the blow dryer. Shame, cos I use those for when my dupes come out of water locks.

It is already rotatable. It also gives my dupes Heat Stroke, setting them from 31-33C to 40.1 when they use it.

Can you make it rotatable for symmetry?

My Duplicants are getting Heat Stroke almost everytime they use it despite the surroundings being chilled down to almost 8°C :(

I managed to find a reproducible weird crash that happens only with this mod enabled. I have two blow dryers on the map. On the next dupe spawn after cycle 100, if I go into duplicant skill menu and click on any dupe, I get a crash complaining of:

ArgumentException: An element with the same key already exists in the dictionary.
at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2[System.String,System.Single].Add (System.String key, Single value) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

this integrates quite well with the new update seeing as the mechanical surfboard gives wet feet debuff after use

A +1 morale bonus has been added to the Fabulous Hair buff.

@Bruno I use showers early in the game once they arrive... I first use up my polluted water on thimble reed to produce cloth to produce my suits! Its my early strategy to getting rid of waste instead of simply storing it!

The fabulous hair buff would be pretty cool.
