My PCV's voice is mixed in with the Hev suit's voice. Is that supposed to happen? If not, Then how do i fix it?

I integrated HEV sounds into my acf KITT build. Warns you of combine, low health, general danger to the car etc...

How do you turn this on exactly? I have the regular HEV voice working and I'm subscribed to this but it's still the vanilla hl voice. suitvoice_pack only shows "hl" and no other options in the console

Gameplay-wise: It uses the same underlying code across all Half-Life games the "H.E.V. Suit" speaks in.
Lore-wise: H.E.V. and P.C.V. are said to either be comparable or related.
