Silence is fine, too. The generic file I'm using for a lot of wrestlers is just a 30-second mp3 with no sound.

I'd honestly just use the Islanders or the Headshrinker's theme. The Samoans never had a theme, so your best bet is to use something made for later teams using the same gimmick.

What do you used as entrance theme?
Do you have found the original theme? (If there have ever one...)
