BEST MOD EVER XD

@Teralitha The game is built in a very moddable way. This mod is effectively just a specially formatted text file that the game recognizes as a new trait. Here are some of the resources I used when making this. I don't remember everything since it's been 5 years.

I also looked at how other mods did their thing, and how the vanilla traits were organized in the files.
If you plan on making graphical icons, I would recommend Paint.net since it's one of the only programs that can process .tga files.

Hey @Teralitha, glad to see people are still looking at this mod!
I'm sure this is definitely possible, but I'm not sure how I would do it without just creating a trait that everybody has (which is explicitly against what you want). I'm not a very advanced modder so I can't help you very much.
I'd like to encourage you to look into modding the game yourself. It was a pretty simple and enjoyable process :)

Can you also make a mod that just makes the stats of all people generally higher without adding a trait?

I don't even know if it's possible to consume so much tea that it affects your descendants. You would need to make an extremely concentrated form of tea, and drink a lot of it. I don't even think that the legendary Rev. Dr. Sir Spiff of Sealand has achieved this level of power, and he drinks a lot of tea.

Same way you enable any other mod. In the mods tab of the launcher, make sure the box is ticked. Once in game, you can either use the character creator to give your character the trait, or use the console command "add_trait 100"

How do i enable this mod?

Opposite version would be cool. "Coffee drinker" or something. However, I think giving +100 opinion would sap any fun out of it, which is why it isn't in.

I just added +100 combat skill to the trait. I didn't do it earlier because I couldn't find the trait attribute on the wiki. I looked through the base game traits and found it though.

Probably should have a pluss 100 Personal Combat to. It makes sense.

@ vissex You do not need the character designer to use this mod, however it is helpful. If you have the ruler designer, you just add the trait in the designer.
If you do not own the ruler designer, you can press the "`/~" key in the top left of the standard american keyboard, type in "add_trait 100", and press "enter". Your character will now have the trait.

do i need the ruler designer dlc for this? it hasnt worked yet, am a little confused...

@raz334 I made it only pass down from males because I was trying to make it so that everybody in your dynasty had the trait. As far as I was able to find, there is no better way to do it.

is there some reason for limiting it to only male heirs? It actually makes this mod useless for me

@Loli Killer It should work if you just subscribe, and enable it in the launcher. It may be conflicting with another mod. I can't give you much more help than that though.

@sydma02 I don't see why it wouldn't. Unless you're playing with a total conversion mod or something that completely changes the way traits work.

@<TSB>Sethentu I'm sorry. Turns out I'm a massive idiot! I totally added a +100 health bonus with the trait, and only noticed when I started having the same problem. The mod has been updated. Luckily it was an easy fix.

@TheJeffGuy - Ah, I understand! The 100 Stat Family! That is either a blessing or a nightmare...

@ajacksonian This trait does not prevent aging. I kinda thought that would defeat the point of making your whole dynasty have 100 stats. The whole succession to another op character whose siblings are all gods too seemed like a really cool idea to me.

Does this prevent you from getting older or is that the Yorkshire Tea Gold version?

@TheJeffGuy every single character with this trait remains at 20 health, I believe the maximum amount, even if they have taken essentially a character killing action. No other mods selected so a little bizarre.

There is a minor issue with this mod in that adding 100 to health creates people that live forever. However, they get the same effects as usual for aged characters meaning you get an immortal incapable king at the whim of their court. Help us kill our characters lower the health. Otherwise I have to console command and tidy up my family tree killing all the characters over 100.
