No worries, figured I was doing something wrong.

I have trouble getting any workshop mod to work at the moment really, so I'm not sure what to do untill pdx unshits the bed.

Cant get to work since update. Worked fine a day ago.

This mod IS currently up to date for Fork, even if the launcher says otherwise.

Previously mentioned portraits still blank. Also I don't know if its the original mod or a compatibility issue, but Mesmer's portrait for the Iron Alliance Redux mod is blanked. I don't know how difficult a fix is, but I would ask for one, please and thank you. :) I really like this mod though, its fixed Shi Reloaded.

Skynet has its image working to, that's the secret boi.

Just checked other leaders, save for the secret one because I don't know how to get them. Kaze, Yazu, and The Inventor all have working portraits. So its just been Yuriko and the two unique generals that are blank.

Was looking through the comments about it, and this seems like a common issue. Yuriko's portrait is always blanked for me, and I was also unsure if the generals Bushido Hido and Warlord Akechi were supposed to have portraits either because they are also blank. I have not checked the other Yakuza leaders yet, but I plan to do so to see if they too are blanked.

Okay so u guys fixed New Victoria's generals but can you guys fix their units please, in the actual mod they have special skins with red uniforms and british ww1 caps and they look really cool and fancy but in the New Victoria mod they look like plain old settlers is there any way you can fix that, It would make the game a lot more fun for me and a lot more people thanks guys keep up the great work.

i'm really like this mod, but can i switch off "operation" decision or make them available only for player state, because it destroy balance

There is no sanity check on the Shi focus to get the Sixes. Playing as the Brotherhood with the Shi as my puppet the Shi were able to snag the Sixes out from under me because the focus "The Chosen One" does not include a sanity check to see if Arroyo exists anymore.

No as I am one of the guys working on the new New Canaan focus tree in the next major update

Will you add focuses to any more countries? Countries like New Canaan are boring to play with such small focus trees.

It gets stolen by the Enclave after like 400 days and they break a couple of factories. Nothing good happens. I made it thinking everything has a bonus when they really shouldnt.

That's generally limited to vault-tec nations.

Maybe you would consider giving the "vault scavenging decision" to most of "civilized" nations (or at least New Reno)?

say are there any plans to expand the focus trees of the broken coast nations?

Could New Vegas get access to the Vault decisions again? It would make a certain bit of sense given House's use and knowledge of Vaults.

Been having fun with this mod, but I have a question: the Operations decisions are pretty powerful depending on how much PP you can get, and I was wondering if you meant for all nations to be able to use them, or if it's only supposed to be for a specific nation

@malx_mcclain Thank you for the comprehensive and well written suggestion, after some deliberation we’ve decided we agree, and will tweak the Shi accordingly.

(2/2) This effectively means that New Victoria can't really retaliate against the Shi unless they foster a positive relationship with whichever faction currently controls the river leading into the San Fransisco bay.

Playing as New Victoria, I decimated the Shi fleet, and took the staging ground that Arroyo gave them, but because Caesar's Legion beat the NCR, I had no way of invading into a port, effectively putting me in a perpetual state of war against an opponent that can't touch me.

(1/2) I don't know if this mod actually changes the files of its constituent mods, or if it just makes them place nice together, but I have a suggestion for a change to this mod. I feel that the Shi conquest branch of their focus tree needs to be reworked to not include the northern nations.

With the way that ships and straits are currently set up in OWB, New Victoria cannot naval invade any ports that are a part of the main Shi area (nor can they provide naval invasion support without significant range investments).

in the Arroyo focus tree the focus "Standard equipment" gives the national focus "A Gun For Everyone" which gives +15% production cost for infantry equipment

The crashes are due to the 2.0.5 update, we're working on getting everything updated and finding the culprit, will let you know when it's fixed. ^^

Played a bit now as Yakuza terroties and found out that every unit you get via events etc are just gray potraits so far. Just attacked Antelopes.
