i know this says mac version but as im not a pleab and dont own nor game on any mac is there a windows version or does this work just as well on windows?

As a last note to the Author about not having a Mac to test with, you don't need one as this isn't a MacOS problem. Just install any flavor or Linux and test away. Right now I think SR is just flat out assuming his builds are exporting to Lin/MacOS the same as Windows when they are horribly broken on the other platforms.

Also pausing the game or using the overlay freezes the frame and never renders correctly again. Audio is fine, game is still running but you can't see anything past where you paused etc. Once I got off the helo the Fuschia was even crazier than the screen shot below. I went to take another screenshot to joke "and where am I supposed to go now?" but the overlay was "frozen" on the screen even though it wasn't actually up and the game had been unpaused.

Please for the love of god stop calling these "Mac" versions this problem isn't only on MacOS.

The game hangs for a while before loading mods with this installed. This is the second "NON WINDOWS" :P mod adaptation lately that seems to hang the game at launch for a while.

Also there are several things with no textures. The side of one of the carrier/battle ships had a large black plane over it and a helo that lifts off from it is all black as well.

Blackhawk downdraft, Cobra tracers. On a related note, the missiles that are fired from the SU-25s don't explode. they just disappear into thin air when they touch the ground.

There still alot of PInk, the Helicopter Flares, Helicopter Tracers, all the Missiles' Afterburner, and the Blackhawk's Downdraft
