It is just for collapse and expand? Or does it also fix the menu animation for disable/enable for all dupes when close it instantly? This would be greatly appreciated since its boderline buggy ingame. (atm the non instant check/uncheck has to be waited out for it to actually trigger the logic)

low specs you say, my 2012 pc can run this game it uses an intel i3 ver1. doesnt even say if it has a graphics card, and leaves the internet every 10 minutes. this. is. what. i. need

it almost removed 1~3 second lag spike that always came when ever you open menu.
+1~5 FPS overall improvement on high end PC , 512x512 map.

Eurakali, that is a nice mod, yeah, I use it personally with a custom setting in the config file.

Yeah, you will not get better FPS, but a reduced stutter when activating the menus. I run in a low-spec PC so I definitely noticed the difference.
