For the purposes of this mod when I say Scandinavia I mean the Scandinavian peninsula. Not all of Italy got transferred either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Jang, it's not possible to make map modes compatible with each other. The only way is to merge them, but... it would be really time consuming

@thunderbolt Fixed naval/land units, as well as city names. Assuming everything went properly with the updating process.

I tried to make it so that the land units were on the correct provinces using the nudge tool, but I forgot about doing naval units as I hadn't seen it listed on that tool. I think there's also a couple of province names that are in the wrong spot. I might go back soon to fix both those issues. Not sure why the land units wouldn't be on the right provinces, I might have missed some of them or maybe accidentally undid some of the changes at some point. I'll see
