iirc copying or replacing an important module basically clones the license into normal technology

Can there be a thing where say I am playing as Germany and I want to license a tank from Czechoslovakia and when I annex them later in 1938, the license dissapears not letting you to continue producing what you licensed from them. Can you make it where the license DOES NOT dissapear letting us to continue producing what we licensed?

can you add to the mod that licenses cost less civilian factories? For example, if you want to license a 1940 plane from Germany it cost 6 civilian factories.

@Frank-2, Undead High Officer No, its a very simple mod. Didn't touch the AI at all.
