Like a few others have mentioned, the look of the cosmetic is strongly reminiscent of the Black Mage look from the Final Fantasy series. Part of why I think it goes well with Pyro since he uses fire of course. I hope this makes it into the game.

I don't think it would be halloween ONLY, no, but I was aiming for it to be part of the halloween case (which nowadays contains unrestricted items ofc). It is just one item, the scarf and the hat. I'll get to making a style2 for paintable scarf later today.

well honestly one of the reasons I really liked this concept when I first saw it was because it reminded me of Ralsei, Vivi, Orko, Wizzrobe... the idea of a witch hat on top and eyes poking out from behind a scarf seems to be quite a common one, so it seemed like it could accommodate all sorts of loadouts :)
