Btw, to kill it, you need to burn it after you have shot it enough times and it has fallen over.

If anyone asks what the vore attack is, it's a grab attack, which kills the npc and then eats the head whole. Also when grabbed by Ivy the ragdoll or body can be used as a meatshield
