You have to open up the session. I think they're workshop sessions, so you have to go to your workshop folder, then elements, then sessions. It should be there when you download it :)

I am actually not sure how to add Sessions like this can you please tell me how or if anyone in the comments sees and also know can you tell me what to do?

Ok, just checked it and the session should be located at Steam\steamapps\common\sourcefilmmaker\game\workshop\elements\sessions, rather than usermod\elemnts\sessions where you were probably looking. Try it out.
