Nah, They're just some random props around the workshop.
Unfortunately, I think I couldn't give you the links since it was a long time ago to make the scene.
Like, I don't remember which was the addon. Sorry. :(
Since I cannot find the suitable porting tool for GTA IV yet, It'll be a bit hard to make such models for now. If I have a chance, Course I'm gonna do it for sure. :D
Imo the Lost MC and Angels of Death Models from TLAD were pretty well detailed (And look a lot better than the ones used in GTA 5)
