Reinstall the addon through "Addons" menu. A common issue of old addon before 2020.
Also make sure no other toolgun replacements are installed (or at least - enabled) as they will cause conflicts.

Redownload and uninstall through Addons menu in Gmod
Or clean up your unsubscribed .gma using "menu_cleanupgmas" in Console while being in Main Menu

This is neat. The fact that no one has tried to do a full model like replacement of the Toolgun (akin your add-on) surprises me. Keep up the good work.

P.S.: Changes color according to what the Physgun color is. Nice touch! ;)

Reinstall it through Addons menu or by deleting GMA-file from "addons" folder in your "garrysmod" folder, then game will reinstall it after restart
