in the ghost of artstyle's past, the medic is wearing the spooky sheet, max's head, pyrovision goggles and the dr's dapper topper. this is four wearable items, whilst in the game you can only wear three. this is a violation of the gravelpit convention. you cannot wear more than three hats and/or miscs at once.

that would cause team colour issues, covering large parts of red or blue with medic's white team colours. It would also be hard to tell which class is which

It was meant to be a classic ghost sheet over Medic's head rather than anything supernatural, so I figured flexes wouldn't make sense. It seems to be quite a popular request though, so if it doesn't get added this year I might take one more go at it next year :p

Now, some people would use this to recreate a less than likeable group. But, i think that this cosmetic is of the highest quality, it is essentially a cosmetic you use to complete that ghost outfit, like the all-father, but ghosts
