I think I'll take Ink's suggestion of a skin smithy and put all crafted skins into that if I can figure out how that fun stuff works

I've tried to copy the skins to the TekSkins mod directory, and spawning is even successful (used cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/TekSkins/Invisible/PrimalItemSkin_InvisibleBoots_UtiliSkins.PrimalItemSkin_InvisibleBoots_UtiliSkins'" 1 0 0 ), but I cannot use it. :/
Due to how many new shirt and pants skins we have, I don't think I can just use the engram thing for glider combos because the engram screen would get cluttered pretty quickly, so I'll look for another way to do that in the meantime.
Also, this is a reminder for everyone here to vote on the survivetheark thread so we can have a more perfect version of this.
The devkit is currently missing all skins from the summer bash and after, maybe even some stuff from before then.
Unfortunately, I can only fix skins that are released in the devkit. So until Wildcard does a devkit update, there's nothing I can do for the corrupted avatar skins or the event skins at all.
Reminder that if you like the mod, vote on the suggestion link in the description so that Wildcard can implement this for skins when they're released instead of waiting for the devkit.
I will likely update this as long as I continue to play the game, and I've been playing since 2015.
The problem is that the new skins and event skins aren't in the dev kit yet, so there's nothing I can do for those.

Sorry I didn't respond when you asked. I saw your comment on my phone, removing the notification, and promptly forgot about it.
That was the way I originally tried to go with this, but it became way, WAY more complicated than expected, and it would basically require me to remake tek armor and element from scratch I think, which is way beyond my (current) ability.
In the meantime, I definitely encourage you to go and vote on the suggestion I've linked to make tek skinnable by default so we don't have to wait on the devkit

Unfortunately, like the summer event's skins, hln-a, and the corrupted avatar skin, they are not in the dev kit (yet) so it's not possible for me to do those.
Also any chance of combining the glider and the birthday suit chest piece?
