whenever i walk up to any vehicle it says that i can pick up a medkit. bug?

This gave me lua errors, mainly when I use noclip and go out of the map, however, In maps where you press 'e' on a door to teleport to another room, i get an lua error, could this be fixed?

Иногда знак "использовать" появляется сразу как получил урон и висит пока здоровье не будет равна 100% или пока не умрёшь. А так не плохо.
