I deleted the .gma and restarted Garry's Mod and my PC, and it didn't work.

@rocko6alex try deleting .gma of this addon from your garrysmod/addons folder and see if it works, because i just downloaded the addon again and everything seems to work fine

my sound settings are good, i just launched gmod, and i dont have any other footstep sound mods

check your addons,reinstall them,check sound settings
