I was aiming for a 5/10% total bonus which is why there's also no feet, hands, or neck. The other reason for no face tats was because I didn't know of a way to render them, but I'll look into pawnmorpher. I agree that that would be a nice addition.

I enjoy this a lot but I feel like there's a major oversight. No face tattoos. Also if you somehow got the body part overlays working from pawnmorpher to make actual tattoos show up for the torso that'd be sick

Okay, good. That means I can have scars without the actual consequences of having scars!

If the operation is successful, there's no impact on the health of the part and the pain will only last during the healing process. Failed operations will have the usual risks of permanent damage.

I'll be honest, I mostly just like the idea of intentionally giving your pawns "aesthetic" scars - but the tattoos are cool too!
By the way, do the scars made by this mod have any impact on the body part's health, and do they cause any long-term pain?

I agree, though I think it should be a smaller bonus (with a different tooltip). I wasn't 100% sure how to do that just yet so I haven't implemented it.
