Via the grueling usage of the nudge tool. Selectively moving the assets for each province at a time, such as cities, ports, etc. Was totally worth the work tho.

In ISP's defense, he did show a picture of this workshop page and says:

"Not even 24 hours later and I come back to god damn EUIV workshop and what the hell do I see" referring to said photo. He never links or credits mods, I'll give you that, but he didn't say he made the mod.
