@HuskerDrill you need to click in the province if you want to move it and click in top-left button. But you need to spend 100 political power to this

@sumerato was changing it while playing the MDC (before wolfe updated monday) and it just took a second for the game to register the move,So it may be a bit slow but it corrected its self,May want to keep an eye on this though.
