I confirm that it works in 1.4. You can ignore red warning message, there are no any critical errors in the game logs.
However, the building is called there "Standing Lamp" instead "Mental Crystal" :winter2019happybulb:

You say it can be used in 1.4 but I get red lettering that states it isn't 1.4 compatible. I hope it does get updated. It is a very useful mod. Thanks to the author for creating it. I greatly miss it.
