Besides import, the Hud also needs to be in it's original world state for properly spawning a Onion. If you some how changed the worldstate( for example if you rebuild the Hub via Reactive World or other mod), the game would not be able to spawn Siegward. Nothing can really be done in these kind of situation, it's game mechanic....unless you are willing to import and clear all worldstate? it might work, not sure tho.
This is the very reason why that Solaire mod is been set to spawn in Mongrel, cuz very few mod changes Mongrel's worldstate.

The starter armor in Dark Souls plus the elite knight, maybe the Fluted armor, as they look pretty normal for something in kenshi and irl compared to the more high end armor which have lore attached to them.
@Zanriel The "Reflection" you speak of is basically default when making new textures for armor. Most modders go out of their way to remove it. xD Not saying anything negative about it in this mod. Just wanted you to know that it basically comes standard.
