This was literally made in the Russian Empire in 1914
The bolsheviks just discovered it in 1923, not made it lol

you see ivan, bigger wheel mean more chance for enemy tank to shoot wheel. if enemy tank shoot wheel then shell land close. if shell land close can be reused to destroy enemy tank.
