Source fountains appear randomly in enemy loot, but cannot be interacted with, aka cannot be picked up

OK,I think for a moment,then I think how to talk to you:)First,I am at nameless island,then I find goblin red gem,after I enter in the space,I found source potion machine is as an item in one chest just beside the tnt machine.

@【 Shalltear 】Hello, I was away in those months and didn't get a notification on steam. I don't know how to solve your issue, but it could be something about the character height you played as. Which could be why the fountain is out of reach, I really don't know and can't see since I don't have the files anymore.

Yes, any mode that is active prevent Achievements.

@Blitzkrieg yes, it's a potion i don't see why you shouldn't be able to use in combat.

How much source does the potions refill? Might be worth putting in the description about it.

@Akari_Enderwolf no, my initial plan was the source fountain onboard lady vengeance will carry over to the next area, but if you start using the mod for first time at the nameless isle it won't be there.
