Are you experiencing where the workshop item shows a red square around it? I've only experienced that sometimes, but it somehow fixed itself later on after i keep resubscribing to it. something tells me it might be some sort of Steam cloud error if it does that.

Other than that, i don't think i can help you.

No sorry. I don’t see that being nessecary as the weapon is also a part of the TF2 set.
