I like this one. #1 for the moving eye suggestion. and would think better if the eye were in the middle of the front sort of in a cyclops' style. Nice job.

I like how on the Demoman the hat's front brim is pulled down so you can hardly see his face, but the eyeball hangs in front of his face, making him look like a cyclops, while on the other classes the hat sits higher and the eyeball is turned 90% to the side. That's a nice touch.
