Sorry I haven't really tried extracting from TWH in a very long time. I can only imagine that new schemata and newer versions of RPFM are needed for 3?

Hmm, Sorry for commenting a lot. I extracted the variants folder. Tried to open the model in noesis, but when I went to the folder I had extracted in noesis nothing showed up. Then I realized I might have been missing the data and texture packs, tried to open them in pack file manager and nothing showed up. Kinda at a loss.

How did you port the model from warhammer to source? Just asking cause I wanted to try and port some other models from the game over.

@Mars First you take the file from the download link above, do your changes in gimp or photoshop, and save as it as .png or .tga or something.

Then convert it into a .vtf file using vtfEdit and overwrite the KroxigorWarpaint vtf file in the materials folder

@Mars No one else has reported a problem like that before. Did you try the whole Unsubscribe->confirm delete->close SFM->Re-Subscribe yet?

does anyone have issues with the model, because when i try to use it becomes the standard error model.
