any way to add a siren to it?

I tried to convert it into a shelter to get the sound working but unfortunately it's not. It's a limitation, no, let's say it's a BUG in the asset editor. The field for the sound information (public field AudioInfo m_customLoopSound) is resetted, when saving the asset. As long as CO or any modder is not looking into that, there won't be any possibility to get this working.

Hey, one thing I've wanted in CS for a while is modern sirens. Could you perhaps make a Federal Signal 2001 or a Whelen Vortex/4004? Thanks.

It's just a shame cities skylines are crap at mod tools and don't let these sirens produce the sound from the default shelters.....GRRRR!!!!!

That one guy with the early bird system made the Thunderbolt and 2T22, and then there's Spence with the STH-10, and that Whelen Vortex. Now we have a new siren to the roster. an ACA Alertronic.

I'm not sure if you saw my request for anybody to just make a siren or you just thought of it. I thought this was a Whelen 2012 instead of an Alertronic. WAIT can you make an allertor?

And yeah a mod where you press a button and it makes a sound which you could then turn off would be great.

It annoys me that they didn't just include the sirens in the DLC in the first place!

Ah well it's more than Simcity ever dished out so I shouldn't complain too much...but still...

yeah the only thing that's coded in the DLC to sound like a siren is the evacuation shelter, otherwise it'll have to be added with a mod
