Nice mod, also liked the idea to play without a map. I think now this is the way I will try to play and see if I like it.

@Dampback this mod was done on 2019, it's possible that some changes have been made since that conflict with the mod. Modding in this game is extremely limiting so anything can go wrong. I do recommend trying to use the mod editor on this mod to try to fix it as I do no manage the mod any longer.

Plom make sure this is last in your mod list. I'm not sure what could cause that.

Very good mod, only problem is the UI saying "the game is currently saving" doesn't show anymore.

HEY WAHT'S ALL THE COMMOTION then you must be the only one in existence that this has happened to, because no one else had this issue before you. Talk to the devs if you have in-game issues.

Mickel83 the moding editor is very specific on how certain things are made that do not stray too far from what the devs intended for the game. So in this case the devs only allow the map to be disabled or the textures to be edited, but no way to insert code to make a module act in a certain way!

I was think you could do something with putting textures over top of each other, or modding a new tab with kind of capability. but I don't know Kenshi modding works

@FoxyAndris I knew you probably couldn't mod them, but that would make this game so much better

Mickel83 I want many things as well, but Kenshi only allows certain things to be modified. Modding is very limited in this aspect!

Why don't you add a map item that you have to find, to give the map back


you could also do parts of maps (or maps of the area) that only give part of the map back. And inaccurate maps

there is another no map mod but it has pop ups, this mod is just superior now, all praises to the other mod goes to this one, no pop ups is a huge difference.

You should consider disabling the location pop ups that appear when you enter a new region, that seems important for the purpose of the mod.
