As far as I know, all the items found in the mod are from the base game. So, yeah, you can still possess the items. Because they still exist, this is just a way to easily access them.
Not going to add a pure mod to TSRLCM though.
When you get the quest update after having found three HK teams after having talked to HK-47 about the Sonic Sensor and starting that questline, that update in your Journal actually instead is a blank entry instead of the "You've found three teams of..." and where the Journal lists the quest's name it instead says "Coruscant".
Using TSLRP without M4-78.
You can use my compatibility mod at Deadlystream but you shouldn't use the workshop version of Coruscant in that case.
