welcome to garry's mod, download all the required addons to the right and enter
lua_run simfphys.SpawnVehicleSimple( "sim_fphys_betabus", Entity(1):GetPos(), Angle(0,0,0) )

Maybe try to make the HL2 beta light vehicles too - HL2 beta jeep, Caprice sedan, some old sedan, old pickup truck and hatchback.

couple ideas
1 the conscript merkva tank
2 fix the missing textures on the bus
3 when you make the apc or mybe the merkva tank make them on armed base so they can fire cannon

creator forgot to put simfphys as a required addon because he does nothing but reupload and modify addons without permission
