i don't know so much on the hunger consumption thing but a debuff of some sort.

I have some ideas, like removing the damage bonus, decreasing the movement speed to 35% faster or something like that, instead consume more hunger but not by much don't want to make it hard, keep the regeneration maybe lessen it or not, the neon radius I think is perfectly fine. the health, hunger and sanity i don't know what would be best.
