Are you using other mods by chance? Unfortunately I can't reduce those.
I'll upload the correct one.

Fixed now.
No, I didn't download every single mod out there to change the trait card cost for you.
I gave you a version that changes all base game trait card costs to 1 and keeps domains intact so it's compatible with any mod you want to enable.
If you want to do it yourself go here and change costs to 1
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\606230
That's where your mods are saved.
I don't see the rest of the mods there...
this should work.

link expires in a week.
So I don't know where you issue is. You sure you have my mod enabled (maybe loaded last)?Because that's way too many cards not being neutral & cost 1...
That is one odd selection of trait cards.
I'll check each of them later on but most of these have been in the game for ages so unless something seriously broke you must be using mods that change them.
I'll get back to you once I find them.
If you send me the mod trait cards files you have I could whip up something personally that you can use but I seriously doubt that I can update that all the time. There's silimply too much stuff.
I'll just make a few screenshots. would be nice to have fixes for them:

I'm using quite a few mods. Maybe about a half of the ones that featured in the workshop.
Still, if a new mod appears, featuring new interesting specialized cards, we want be able to use your mod and try the new cards. That's why I asked to split it to at least have an option to have the cost component and try the new card even at its full cost.
Is it possible? Yes. Is it pointless? Yes. That's why I left the previews intact. You can still just put the domain cards you want. The only issue here is other trait mods which as I statet isn't something I can make compatible either way. But if you are using those, chances are you can just deactivate this mod to get what you want.
Can you tell me which traits you are specifically using? I could get permissions for the more active modders at least.
Neither can be done automatically, so that's simply not possible.
Please make sure that you don't have any mods enabled that add trait cards because that might have happened. The only way I can fix those is if I get permission from every trait card mod creator out there to implement/take all their domain cards and effects. But you can imagine how annoying keeping something like that up to date is...
If you are not using a mod to add these cards, please let me know and I'll fix this. I currently have no internet so my options to check are limited...
@Lorska, if it's too difficult to make it a universal logic (I'm not familiar with the coding environment it's done in), then it would make sense to decouple this mode into two modes: one that makes all cost 1 and one that removes domain restrictions. In my case, I would like to keep the domain restrictions since the mod misses a few of them.
It's probably due to the new traits were added by other mods/game updates.
I also removed the other CustomStart mod because it simply did less.
