yeah its this mod cus the moment i uninstalled and rejoined my map to check my models they were back to normal, i would love to have this mod but i would like it if they weren't sfm versions of hwm and just sfm maps,

does this change the hwm to sfm? i haven't gotten the mod that would do that to my models yet after getting this it made my models in sfm versions, if so could have that removed? because its just annoying that id have to install the second mod just to get rid of this if the sfm hwm models could just be a separate model, I'm not trying to point figures but like this was the last sfm\tf2 related content i just downloaded, also not only that it doesn't help the fact getting a model update mod messes with existing save dupes so that their all jumbled and a mess.

yeah not having tf2 mounted is almost definitely your problem. i checked ingame and they work fine for me.
tf2 is free, so it's not like there's much of a "get it" involved, just installing the content. if your parents really don't allow you to do that or whatever it is, then there is this site i learned of a while back from before i bought valve complete that i used for getting those sweet cs:s textures.

you can scroll down there to "team fortress 2" there and it's got the content for the game. no guarantees from me you won't end up with a virus from this, though, and it's probably out of date, so really use it at your own risk. installing tf2 through steam is the better option.

No. I dont believe so. But i could be a possibility since i have a lot of addons. the ragdoll that have textures are demoman, sniper, medic and pyro. the rest have missing textures. mostly face and hand textures are missing. w_medigun and w_flamethrower dont work for the props that is

do you have any idea the names of the materials that are missing? and is there any chance another mod is conflicting this one? what are the names of the ragdolls that are missing textures? i'll have to check ingame to find out what's happening.

oh boy did you remember to install mod 2/2 which is the one with all the materials in it?
the one that is listed under "REQUIRED ITEMS: This item requires all of the following other items"?

the backround in the mtt_heavy map is missing textures, the ragdolls are are also missing textures and the flamethrower and medigun props are also missing textures
