From what I understood after doing a bit of research, this texture should fit perfecly on this model.

Sure, although the "JOJO" pattern on his sleeves looks a bit odd. There are textures for Part 6 Jotaro that went unused in Eyes of Heaven. Plus this model has Part 3 Jotaro's chain, for some reason.
