For some reason the Tsar Bomba is available to every civ I play, not just Russia.
Is it because some other mod is causing it or perhaps because I modified the mod to not delete the Cossack?

It's funny because actually if you compaired the strenghth of the atomic bomb to the tsar bomb its a 1:2500 ratio aproxomately. So rather than being the strength of two atomic bombs in game, it should be more like the strength of 2500 atomic bombs lol. They shoud've done that but made it cost like 5 uranium. It would basically be a city instakill.

Actually its explosive power was originally around 100 megatons, but was reduced to ~55 megatons to signifantly lower the amount of radioactive fallout.
if they hadnt done this the Tsar Bomb would have caused around 20% of the radioactive emissions form all other nuke tests/uses worldwide combined.

Lol Indeed the Tsar type bomb is what you call a super bomb. Because it has over 50 megaton exlposive power, and that is just the standard.
This type of nuclear weapon has the potential to catch the whole atmosphere on fire.
That is the only thing that limits its potential firepower. Not the size

@Zood! Well, You are actually wrong. The Tsar Bomba can actually be dropped by plane. It was dropped by plane on the testing area, the bomb had to have a parachute to slow the descent so the drop plane could get outside of the blast radius. The bomb was only x6 the weight and 1.5x the size of the Little Boy dropped on Japan.

That's not what the real Tsar bomba does; it's actually to big and heavy to be of any use, and can't be shot by an ICBM or dropped by a plane.
