Hopefully this will be less confusing.
The wording you propose unfortunately does not match completely the card effect. Because if you generate the card at turn 3, it has 8 block, and not 12. It's important to make this clear.
I have created a discussion thread about wordings and descriptions. If you think some other cards are confusing, don't hesitate to post there.
I think Decoy is fine, but Hidden Pistol might be a bit too strong. I'll think about it.
Was a tad unsure at first, but super glad I'd given it a go.
