In the city there is kind of an fps problem. I am working on it but well it isn't that easy. Outside of the city it should be good tho

I seem to have intense fps problems with this map, instead of the average 80- 120 fps relative to single player on sandbox, i only have about 10 to 15 fps. I have a generally good computer and high RAM, and i only have about 100 addons so im not sure if theres a problem with the map or if its just something on my end.

Yes you can use the map on your server. Just not editing it or telling it is your own.
