Remoderation:

- Removed "some speed changes" - drunk arcs are now out of the map.
- All arcs should now be synced in either 1/4 or 1/8 depending on the section of the map.
- Offset is now set to ~2.97.
- Fixed missing and extra arcs.
- Most patterns should now be consistent and follow each other throughout the entire map.
