Status of the map - Pending 1
Pending 1: The map is ready to be official;
Pending 2: The map needs a few changes to be official;
Pending 3: The map needs a lot of changes to be official;
Any further changes will disqualify the map.
- Removed "some speed changes" - drunk arcs are now out of the map.
- All arcs should now be synced in either 1/4 or 1/8 depending on the section of the map.
- Offset is now set to ~2.97.
- Fixed missing and extra arcs.
- Most patterns should now be consistent and follow each other throughout the entire map.

General Issues:
Late offset (please change to somewhere around ~2.977982)
Unsynced arcs, please look over the timing of the map after applying an offset change
Some speed changes, for example at 50.94009 is too unreadable
