For some reason the NPCs kind of spaz out whenever they're spawned in, they'll behave properly but twitch and do random animations

Would it be possible to make JNA snpcs? I wouldn't know any game to use to get the models from at the moment, but I think it would be cool since i haven't seen any addons for the yugoslav wars.
