No, it only works in TTT and TTT2

If anyone is interested, I want to highlight a video of this mod and post it on this steam page for people to see how it works in action. This weapons power is to great for sandbox alone that why it must be used only for TTT

The mod would have to be restructured for that. It was built for TTT, sorry no plans for sandbox so far. If anything changes I will give an update asap.

Yeah so you shoot a player, the alien music plays, the person who is shot cannot move for 14 seconds and is stuck in dancing animation. After 14 seconds they die.
