The glasses and hat are in the metro pack. You buy them from one of the mafia cats that are in the jewlers gang. I forgot where this specific cat was but it not the ones next to the store tho.

I suggest you add CheckPlayerClass(a, class'Hat_Player_HatKid', true) to the Hat Kid's eyes case. Because the current script destroys custom Playable's material with index 0.
