Hmm, there shouldn't be any problem. I don't use RICO myself, but I do convert lots of files from one category to another. I think all you'll need to is open it in RICO and give it its RICO settings. Since this park is already a RICO-capable AI category (park/unique building), you probably won't even have to convert the AI category at all. Just add it as commercial within RICO afaik.
